Thanks for the recipes AbbeyDog!

I have a few cookbooks for Candida, and all of them have some good recipes, but there's one in particular that seems to excel. It's called the Candida Control Cookbook - it's got all kinds of recipes, including "desserts" - I made their flan and their nutty tofu cheesecake...the flan was incredible and the cheesecake was really very good! I will send those recipes to anyone who would like them.

I think I will try cycling my supplements like Arnie suggested. I've been taking the same thing for nearly 3 weeks, and I've not improved at all in the last week. Maybe those little beasties need a kick in the pants to start moving out!
