I registered ages ago...
and I'm finally posting here!
I am on the CAD plan and doing ok with it. I lose slowly no matter what plan I do so this works well for me.
I love to bike ride and walk. I have a biking goal of 1800 miles this season! I average 20 miles a day 5-6 times a week.
I live near a state park so I like to walk the trails when I can.
