Did not find the squash in Sydney but it was in the vege shop right near me in Nowra! Yellow skin marrow with a sticker on it calling it Vegetable Spaghetti. I cooked up an eighth of it and made a cream sauce with mushrooms, bacon and cheese to top it. A great addition to my diet and they cost $5 each. I have saved the seeds hoping they are not a hybrid so I will grow them in spring. If I am successful I might end up supplying the markets!
