Good Morning!
We are getting the rain today from Harvey. Nothing like Huston though- just a heavy steady rain.

I am so tired this morning. I think the weekend is catching up with me. I am ready for some sleep.

Made crack slaw- they don't call it craw slaw for nothing.

Don't have much to add from yesterday. I am working on my website- I actually came up with a name and hope to have it blog ready by the weekend. I also have some business cards.

What I need to do is some form of work out. I would love to start working with diabetics again. I love what I do- but I am missing the client contact. So more to come with that- it would be a side thing.

Speaking of Clients- Lori, whatever happened with your client you were working with? Have you thought about marketing yourself?

Blue- do you have a website too? Seems everyone has some form of web presence.

I am on plan- I think tonight will just be grilled chicken and caesar salad. I am loving using avocado oil on my foods. It feels healthy.
