Exercise has not been happening other than my daily walking (I've been averaging around 5 miles a day plus up and down 6 flights of stairs for the past week and a half ), but I think my body is catching on. Once things settle down, which I'm hoping will be by the end of the week, I'm going to be hitting the gym hard. I want to get to my goal before this summer. It would be nice to hit it before spring break, but I'm not expecting miracles.
