That is how some of my eczema started; mine went away when I did give up sugar and wheat/flour before. It stayed away for several years. My daughter is 34 and she just started getting spots on her upper chest. She'd pregnant so she can't even use steroid cream and she's itching like crazy. She's never ever had it before.
