That's crazy. You could buy premium steak cheaper than cauliflower.

I paid something ridiculous for celery a few weeks ago; before the Xmas rush. $2.97 from No Frills. I don't even want to look at fresh veggies prices now. I'm glad I have quite a bit of canned, frozen, and enough onions/carrots/celery to get me by for a few weeks worth of soup and stew, now that winter finally arrived in Ontario.
