Banana Date Butter
8 dates chopped
1/4 C orange juice
1 banana sliced
1 tbl oil
1 tbl lemon juice
In saucepan, combine dates and juice. Heat on high for 2 minutes. Process all ingredients until smooth. Little specks of dates will remain. Chill, it can refriderate for up to a week.
