season with salt and pepper
bake at 300 for one hour
prepare the following sauce:

1/4c LC Ketchup
1/4c Walden Farms Maple Syrup
2 tsp Paprika
Dash of fav hot sauce I like franks.

Brush the sauce onto the ribs and put undwe the broiler for 5 minutes.
Keep leftover sauce for dipping!

Sometimes I add 1/4 cup of decaf coffee to the mix, or 1 tsp cocoa powder but if you add cocoa you must use more hot sauce. Enjoy!
