Hang in there, Pothardy, and keep reading books and staying on plan. Read some of the success stories on here and you will have hope. At the beginning, it can seem so daunting, but keep telling yourself "all I have is this one day to make choices" and then do it all over again tomorrow.
Planning properly, like having the right foods at home and/or work is super important for success. You can do it!!
