I am surprised at the extreme difference in your numbers in such a short time. They usually say 3-6 months is needed to see changes due to lifestyle modifications.

I have been reducing my eggs and red meat consumption as well. But I am concerned because it seems like my dairy consumption has increased as a result.

I did read most of those books that I ordered, and I am currently reading more scientific papers to see if I can make more sense of the situation.
