I like to jazz up scrambled eggs in the morning:
2 eggs
couple shakes of parmesan cheese (or rice parmesan)
1/2 t. dill
pinch of caraway seeds
hint of cayenne
If on hand, 2 T vegetable soup; if not, experiment with onion dips, flavor packets, etc.
salt to taste
Mix and throw on skillet. Add sausages, cheese slices, etc. to augment. Enjoy!
