Default Tandoor

Hi Tarah

A tandoor is a clay (stone) oven used in the east. The idea is to heat the stone to a very high temperature and cook things on the stone.

Anything cooked in this way is given the name Tandoori. So chicken cooked in a tandoor is called tandoori chicken.

The various spices used to marinade the chicken are of course not carb-free. It does depend what spices you are using.

{beneath all of the red delicious spice } would indicate to me that you are using a commrcially prepared spice mixture with lots of colouring in it. Let me know if I am wrong?

Tandoori chicken is one dish that I could easily live to eat!!
Enjoy.

Take care
