I'm in Smyrna when I'm in town. (I have to travel a bit) I will also do anything, with anyone, anytime, that has to do with cycling, LOL. In other words, if anyone rides and wants to ride more, give me a holler. If anyone would like to start riding, give me a holler. If anyone would like to think about riding, give me a holler........

On a different note (which is hard for me) if anyone has a good gym deal they can contribute here, PLEASE do so. I was appalled when I learned the initiation fee at the Cobb Y, just the initiation mind you, was $250, and then another $64 a month...... OUCH! I think LA Fitness may be cheaper but I want to have my choices narrowed so I can make a decision when I get back in town.

Post Script - And if anyone knows of a low-carb store (a real one, not Life Frickin U, ugh!) please also share! I had to drive down to Buckhead yesterday just to get a few small things. Can't believe I haven't seen anything close 'round here
