I think "frankenfoods" is what many LCers call highly processed foods, or more specifically, the kind of low-carb imitations of the stuff we used to eat. e.g., "Low carb cookies", LC bars, cakes, ice cream... That sort of stuff.

I imagine everyone draws the line a little differently, epecially when it comes to store-bought vs home-made, but that's the gist of it, I think.
