My question is about Carbquik, the Bisquick-like baking mix that claims to have 90% less carbs (I think because a large portion of the carbs are in insoluble fiber.)

Does anyone have experience with Carbquik? Have you found that it's a good choice for an occasional indulgence, or does it cause a flare up of your cravings? If you use it, what do you use it for?

I have no experience with it and thats why I didn't answer, at first.
I'm sorry to tell you that I think that these bake mixes totally undo all that we are trying to accomplish by not eating heavily processed foods. We strive to eat foods as close to their whole state as possible.
So no, I do not think that these low carb bake mixes are a good choice at all. Sorry!
