The people I listen to here or elsewhere on the internet about ZC are those who are living it in simple basic ways & have done so for longer than a year. I've seen all kinds of opinions about people & plans sprouted by people here & elsewhere ESPECIALLY about plans they are not living themselves or about people they just don't like. I've been ZC only since 7 Dec, not long, but in my life it is a beautiful thing done as just meat+water. I feel like I've found the fountain of youth. Anything more complicated than eat meat when hungry, drink water when thirsty, & my head spins off after the last carb circling me out there somewhere in the statosphere.  mo |
