I have on here, but I think it was rumor. I don't think I every talked to that person directly. Everybody else eats targeted carbs. My husband runs on zero carb, but infrequently and his longest run has been only 7 miles and his longest race 5 miles. I distance run (not right now because I tore my ab muscle) and I can't do it, unfortunately.
Are you thinking about doing his kind of thing? A former roommmate attempted a cross country bike ride a few years back but got injured at Michigan (he started in Philly).
