Lest anyone think that diabetes is incurable....
Since my diagnosis in 2009, I've lost about 135 pounds, and now clearly have a non-diabetic A1c with no medication of any kind. Yes, I used metformin at first. But this...this is all about weight loss and eating the kinds of foods that do not raise your blood sugar. FWIW, my A1c is 5.4. |
