I don't think Weight Watchers is all that bad. I follow the youtube channel of a woman who started at over 300 pounds and who used to eat the worst stuff you can imagine. Her grocery hauls used to contain chips, cake mix, cases of sugary soda, frozen pizza, etc. After a year on Weight Watchers she has lost 59 pounds and her diet is much better. She now eats a lot more whole foods, fresh fruits and vegetables. And she still likes to eat out, but counts her smart points and feels like she can still have what she wants while losing weight.
