Default Losing the last 3.6 pounds

To my great surprise, IF (one meal a day...22/2) is working for me.
My one meal is between 6 and 8 pm and is low-carb, high-protein, optimal nutrition.
Not being a purist, I do have coffee in the morning (decaf with 32% cream and Splenda).
