Hi all
I haven't been on this site or others like it in a long time. I have enjoyed reading your posts and and wanting to do low carb without counting. Could someone tell me how this is done ? I would like to lose about 36 pounds. Can you post a couple of day's examples on what could be consumed that would attribute to weight loss? Must portions be small? Is snacking allowed? Any tips would be greatly appreciated! Thx!
