Hi everyone,

I am considering changing my plan from Atkins to South Beach once I hit my goal weight. Anyone have experiences with this? This forum has been (and continues to be) such a big part of my success. Are there any free South Beach forums that are decent? I refuse to pay the $30 for the official one. I just cant afford it.
The reason I am thinking of swithching off of Atkins is because of health issues. I have been sick more this year than ever before and in the long term this isn't good. I guess the sad thing is that Atkins is the only plan that has ever worked for me in getting the weight off so if SBD doesnt work I will be back! I refuse to be fat anymore.
