That would totally depend on what brand Sausage you use, what the fat content of the hamburger is that you use (e.g. 10% fat; 15% fat; 20% fat), etc.
You can run the recipe through at www.lifeform.com for however you would make it to get the counts for the way you are going to do it. I tried LifeForm free and then liked it so well I bought it. Couldn't live without it for homemade things.
