Congratulations! and what Janet said is true: I have yet to write down ratios. I am liberal with fats, but don't measure. The only thing I actually count is the carbs.

If I keep them below 20 net (whole food net carbs, not Atkins bars and that sort of garbage) and eat good proteins and plenty of fat, I lose.

The best part is that you'll find that your appetite shrinks. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks is now breakfast, occasional small snack (single) and dinner, with no hunger in between.
