No i dont know for sure what your results have been, thats why im asking you to prove it. "Perhaps not all 10 pounds are muscle" - your contradicting yourself. I never said you could not gain muscle without carbs, i said its by no means optimal.

Im sorry, i must have missed that proof. I havent seen any evidence to prove anything you have said. Anyone can say anything in a forum - doesnt make it true, and certainly doesnt prove it.
