Had the same trouble myself! I do GREAT on low-carb - blood sugar stable, not unreasonable hungry. However, without the carbs I can't exercise. I just don't agree with Dr.S and the low level of exercise she recommends - all the studies on runners show them to be far healthier than the average population, for example. I decided to go back to carb cycling. However, I do plan to stick to mostly whole foods - I just feel better eating them. Oh, and in general I come and go on this forum. I always feel a bit out-of-place because I don't have any weight to lose.
