Saw this programme on the good food channel- Primal grill, the recipes I saw were paleo friendly, I'm not sure all of them are but the methods of cooking may be useful to those (like me) who wouldn't know what to soak oak chips in and what herbs and spices to use, plus he cooks everything on the bone- YUM!
