What a lovely post.

I am not a new years resolution dieter. It didnt even occur to me to go back on south beach until a few days ago when I just said enough. Nothing really drove me to it, just decided im not going to let food rule my life. i can control myself so why not start now!

i hope i can be here for a long while.
