I know that some are doing surgery to correct their skin issues. IMHO, its best to wait for about 1 year after you get to goal to see just how much skin goes back.
I'm now 6 months into maintaining and when I get to 1 yr, thats when I'll decide if I want to cut my body open for cosmetic reasons.
