20 minutes on the treadmill...2 minutes rowing very hard...then did weight circuit...and three minutes on the stairmaster.

15 minutes on the treadmill...gosh I hate it...and three minutes rowing very hard...
Circuit...mostly upper body, with inverted leg press...
