The entire article is very interesting. The role carbohydrates play in the regulation of hormones is often overlooked by doctors. They may focus on single hormones, but let's not forget that all hormones are interrelated.

I quoted the text above because I have recently been looking into the research around CoQ10. It plays a key part in the function of the mitochondria. There is research that suggests that CoQ10 can support egg quality because it is vital to egg cell mitochondria. Has anyone used CoQ10 for fertility along with their low carb diet?
