NICE suggestions. Those numbers are impressive. I'm usually a chocolate person, but I can see the benefit of using vanilla and mixing it with fruit. The numbers ARE impressive. 50 seems a bit more than I would need for breakfast...BUT then again, maybe on a day after weight training. I'll have to check out the fat content too...I'm figuring it'll be at that link you posted. I'll check that out this week. Thanks!
