- No more than 25 net carbs foundation vegetables - Atkins 20 Phase1 list
- Limited Dairy (no more than 1 oz per day)
Day: 90
Net Carbs: 24
Food: Chicken Stirfry, Mixed Salmon Salad , Chicken Bacon Soup , Salad (chicken bacon soup was SO FAT!)
