I'm trying to get at least 2,500 steps in before 9 a.m., 5,000 by noon, and 10,000 by 6. This morning I'm over 3,200 by 9. The cottonwood is so bad it's hard to breathe while walking on breaks and lunch like I had been. We're thinking about running with DS in the morning a because he loves it. We've been running a couple of blocks back and forth (time issues) so hopefully starting this weekend we can do more.
