The company I work for has a tradition of supplying employees with a turkey every Thanksgiving. I'll be picking mine up today. We did our shopping for the Thursday feast last night. The family wanted some traditional favorites on the table. I won't be eating the mashed potatoes, stuffing, dinner rolls, pumpkin pie or Hershey's chocolate cream pie (you can blame my wife for that). I will be eating turkey, mixed veggie salad, faux potato salad (grandma's recipe, subbing cauliflower for potatoes), olives, deviled eggs, cottage cheese, steamed veggies, chia seed pudding and LC pumpkin cheesecake for desert. I'm stuffed already.

For those in the US - Have a Happy OP Thanksgiving!
