Hello, I saw a thread looking for Christian buddies, but it's not active, so I thought I'd start another one. I also go to OA meetings from time to time. I've tried doing this diet before and haven't been able to stick with it, except when I did it about 11 years ago. I want to try again though, because my back is sore today. I feel like if I lost weight it would help. Can you believe these people losing like 100 pounds in 8 or 9 months? I'd like to lose at least 50 or 60 pounds. Thanks for reading!
