I've been trying to get pregnant for 3 years. This is my 2nd round of clomid fertility treatment. I had endometriosis removed last month from one of my ovaries. I'm also on metformin and recently started low-carbing.

I'm using the Creighton model/Na Pro Technology route. Basically, it's NFP, but with some added science.

My doctor in St. Louis calls it a war. We have to get one good egg and 1 sperm to meet up, it's just getting it there that's the problem. So, we are working on strategy.

Needless to say, as my period started today I'm a little down. It'd be great to be a mom.
