Hi gang! Missed far too many of my first-thing-in-the-A.M.-weigh-ins in January due to spending nights at the hospital with my Dad. But he is now in Rehab and definitely on the mend so I'm hoping that my own life can get back to something approaching normal! Happy to be back with y'all! Here's to a great February for everybody!
