1DogDay- thank you! I love playing around with healthy foods and trying to get my clients inspired to make healthy eating a passion, instead of a chore.
(I am a personal trainer, specializing in obesity treatment).

MsMum- hahaha! those peppers sound yummy. I now want to try a whole spread of lowcarb "bar food." Maybe switch the stuffed mushrooms for mushrooms stuffed with garlic, tomato sauce, and mozzarella, and then broiled for "pizza poppers", wings, buffalo shrimp wrapped in bacon, maybe some jicama slices with melted cheddar, chives, sour cream and bacon for "potato skins."
hmmmm......i think i am going to do this the next time i have a party! you have inspired me
