Gotta love it!
A couple times now, I've just taken frozen solid meat of one kind or another, stuck it in the IP with sauce and let 'er rip - makes short work of a pot of chile verde that way, as I often have cubed pork in the freezer (since we make our own sausage) - a jar of this and a can of that and presto change-o, chile verde!
