Terry - sorry I haven't answered, but it's just because I don't know! It's a good question, though, and a great reminder of the effects of cooking on our food.

I'm just checking in with everyone before leaving on a mini-vacation. We're heading up to Lake George to go camping through Sunday and I'm really looking forward to it. I'll grant you that it's TRUE camping (on an island, no running water, etc.) but I'm packing tons of good LC stuff to bring with me and will have lots of water and sun and swimming. Presides some pre-natals, what more do I need?
