Back to the OP........I have been stuck at a very frustrating stall just TEN pounds from my goal weight. I read about this strategy and I started Monday. Instead of chicken breasts, I've been eating chicken wings. Sausages instead of steak. Scallops drenched in butter sauce. I lost a pound already this week! And I feel fine. Hopefully this will speed things up in the "home stretch" I just want to hit that number and move on the to the process of maintaining!
