Good work! Nice to know you haven't been stalled! I'd love to see some body comp changes about now, although I think I've lost 1" in my waist, but nowhere else. I've been working out pretty hard so we'll see what happens when I take my rest week next week.
This is intriguing b/c it doesn't cycle high carb/low carb, but moderate carb/low carb. So it's a less extreme form of carb cycling which could work for people who've tried traditional carb cycling without success.
