Hey CurvyLady ~ I visited the Curves link. How are you able to keep your heart rate up just jogging in place? When I'm on my treadmill in the basement, I have to do 3.8-3.9 miles an hour just to keep my heart rate between 125-140. I forgot to tell you, I actually lost 1 glorious pound since yesterday. I think I might be correct about the coffee connection.
