HUMMMM very interseting.....

I think i might have to give this a go.
I cant seem to stay at induction for to long right now cause of my hectic life but i can keep at it for a week. so a week up and a week down would be do-able.
My sats are wrong right now i am at 182 so we will see where this takes me i am also adding in yoga so hope that will help.
