I listened to a podcast about that. Fascinating stuff!

I had a hard time with sleep (getting 3-4 hours a night, not good) and what worked for me was:
  • no caffeine (not even decaff)
  • wearing blue blocker sunglasses at sundown and turning off most room lights
  • bedtime prompt at 10 pm
  • SLEEP MASK

Improved matters greatly. Addressing inflammation is also huge.

I'm dealing with menopause/hormone issues, as well, but my number one indicator that I'm doing something right is getting good sleep.
