Kristie will be publishing another cookbook this year for "Gatherings".. holiday special recipes.

She is offering another one day event with Dr. Westman and Amy Berger. The one in Roxboro NC last month was wildly successful with 400 people. This will be smaller in the demo kitchen at Sandhills Community College in Pinehurst NC like last year. 9-3 on Sat Nov 10th. Plus two social events in the works, Friday night and Sat.
