Thought, in case anyone is here, I'd share one of my favorite fun breakfast recipes. I make what I call green bean carbonara.

I use 1-2 slices of a cm bacon, cut into squares, crisp up in a non-stick pan, remove most of the grease, leaving enough to coat some canned green beans, which once they are heated nicely with the bacon, I pour a beaten egg over, and stir with a spatula until the egg is cooked and coating the green beans and bacon. Yummo!
