Vicky B, are you binging on any one thing in particular? Although low-carb, dairy products like yogurt & cream cheese cause me cravings and binges, so I keep them out of the house. Instead I fill the house only with foods that don't trigger binges, with lots of variety so there is always something that I actually enjoy.
